Crafted by rural Gauchos, this rough and intense knife is forged from a single piece of carbon steel and is perfect for cutting steaks and other meats. The carbon blade makes this knife ductile and tough, and perfect for outdoor activities, and unlike kitchen knives the Criollo is ideal for working out in the field. The Criollo has a handle made of epoxy resin and guayuvirá wood, which comes from the same name tree that grows in northeastern Argentina.

Caring: Don't use water to clean knife, if it happens, dry it immediately very well. When its 100% dry, apply a napkin with a bit of cooking oil on the blade, as the oil works as protection for the blade. Then put it back in the case.
